Public Beta

To be licensed to participate in the Omni Notify BETA, send an email request to rachale@omni-ts.com with the following information:
  - URL to WebAccess server (ex.  http://mail.omni-ts.com/servlet/webacc)
  - Number of users
  - Browsers to be supported
  - Workstation operating systems to be supported

During the BETA, a ping report packet will be sent to the Omni Notify Licence Server for each notification that is distributed to an Omni Notify client.  This ping packet includes the number of actions between the User, the Flash application, and WebAccess server.  This information is being gathered for statistical purposes and to support our scalability testing.  There is no other information being gathered.

There are two components to Omni Notify:  the client-side Flash application and the web server files.

Client-side Component

There are no client-side files to install other than Flash support for your browser.  If Flash support is not currently installed on your users' workstations, it can be downloaded from Macromedia.  The client Flash application is accessed on-line at http://www.omni-notify.com/.
